How to set set my email signatures:

Name

Qualifications (optional)

Job title / position

Service / department (optional)

Location (optional)

1. Copy the email signature above and modify

2. In Microsoft Outlook select File and Options
3. Select the Mail tab and click on Signatures…
4. In the E-mail Signature tab, delete any existing signatures in the Select signature to edit box
5. Select New in the Select signature to edit box
6. Give the new signature a name of "New Email"
7. Paste the copied signature into the Edit signature box
8. Set the New Messages dropdown to the name of the newly created signature and select OK

For reply emails:

 
1. Copy the email signature for reply emails as above
2. In Microsoft Outlook select File and Options
3. Select the Mail tab and click on Signatures…
4. Select New in the Select signature to edit box
5. Give the new signature a name of "Reply Email"
6. Paste the copied signature into the Edit signature box
7. Set the Replies/forwards dropdown to the name of the newly created reply signature and select OK
 
Changing your email signature (Outlook for macOS)

Please put your personal details into the templates above and follow the below steps in Microsoft Outlook for Mac:
 
For new emails:​

 
1. Copy the Email signature for new emails as above,
2. In Microsoft Outlook select click the Outlook menu, then choose Preferences… to open the Preferences window
3. In the Preferences window, Select Signatures.
4. Delete any existing signatures; in the left-hand list, select any existing signatures and click the – button
5. Click the + button and create a new signature. The new signature window will open
6. In the Signature Name box, enter "New Email"
7. Paste the copied signature into the box below then save and close the new signature window
8. Under Choose default signature, click the New messages dropdown, choose the name of the newly created signature "New Email"
9. lose the Preferences window to save your changes
 
For reply emails:

1. Copy the Email signature for new emails as above,
2. Microsoft Outlook select click the Outlook menu, then choose Preferences… to open the Preferences window
3. In the Preferences window, Select Signatures.
4. Delete any existing signatures; in the left-hand list, select any existing signatures and click the – button
5. Click the + button and create a new signature. The new signature window will open
6. In the Signature Name box, enter "Reply Email"
7. Paste the copied signature into the box below then save and close the new signature window
8. Under Choose default signature, click the Replies/forwards dropdown, choose the name of the newly created signature "Reply Email"
9. Close the Preferences window to save your changes

It is not always necessary to have signature, but when you are in business or have the email client it is recommended that you set one.
